Overview
Short-term seasonal employment lets you secure the workforce you need for the peak months of the year without a long-term commitment to the workers. It is the most practical route for tourism and agriculture.
Its biggest advantage is speed: preparing the documents and obtaining the work permit and visa takes significantly less time than any other employment route - from candidate selection to arrival in Bulgaria, the whole process fits within two months.
How the process works

Candidate selection
We select the candidates and submit a complete documentation package for each of them to the Employment Agency.

Employment Agency declaration
Within two business weeks the Employment Agency returns a declaration for short-term employment, which entitles the worker to apply for a Type C visa.
- 3
Visa application
The worker applies in person at the Bulgarian embassy in their country of residence, or through the licensed external visa centres that accept applications for Bulgarian consular services.
